Open Box
The box was opened for airport or customs inspection, without the phone being used or altered.
Excellent Pre-owned
Very lightly used and carefully maintained. We inspect it to confirm it is free from internal faults and exterior imperfections.
Good Pre-owned
May show minor exterior scratches, while remaining fully functional and free from other faults.
We do not offer phones with replaced parts, whether original or aftermarket, or devices with cracks, major scratches, impact damage or faults.

For a fault covered by the warranty, choose a full refund or a replacement phone.
The warranty excludes misuse. For a trade-in without a fault, part of the phone’s profit margin is deducted and any price difference is settled.

Ordering, Payment & Delivery
Cash on delivery is currently unavailable. Trusted couriers limit cash collections to amounts below EGP 10,000 for security reasons. You can order and pay electronically, with our full warranty and support for checks or questions after delivery.
Warranty, Returns & Trade-ins
A 15-day warranty from the invoice date covers manufacturing defects and excludes misuse. For a covered fault, choose a full refund or a replacement phone.
The device must remain in its original condition. For a trade-in without a fault, part of the profit margin is deducted and any price difference is settled. Return requests are accepted at our stores.

- Phones sold include inspection coverage and after-sales support.

- For a return without a product fault, shipping costs and part of the profit margin are deducted.
